These terms govern your use of MeraHost services including Shared Web Hosting, Managed WordPress, Cloud VPS, Bare Metal Dedicated Servers, and Domain Registrations. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these transparent terms and our price-lock guarantee.

Price-Lock Guarantee

MeraHost guarantees that your renewal price will remain identical to your initial signup rate (0% renewal price hike) for as long as your subscription remains active without lapse.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We maintain a contractual 99.9% network and infrastructure uptime SLA. Any qualified outage exceeding allowed thresholds is eligible for automatic account credits upon review.

Acceptable Use & Compliance

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, spamming, phishing, malware distribution, or unauthorized scanning. Accounts found in violation are subject to immediate termination.
