Fair Use Policy for Shared Infrastructure
To ensure that all customers enjoy fast, consistent performance and sub-500ms response times, all shared and WordPress hosting tenants operate under this Fair Use Policy (FUP).
CloudLinux LVE Isolation
MeraHost isolates each cPanel account into a virtual container with dedicated CPU, RAM, and IOPS allocations. This guarantees that one tenant's traffic spike cannot degrade the performance of neighboring websites on the same physical node.
Email Volume Discipline
To prevent server IP reputation degradation and blacklisting by Gmail and Microsoft, shared hosting accounts are limited to standard business transactional email volumes (maximum 200 emails per hour per domain). Bulk unsolicited marketing email is strictly prohibited.
Storage & Inode Allocation
Storage is allocated for live website files, codebases, media assets, and active databases. Shared hosting accounts may not be used as secondary cloud file storage, media dumping repositories, or uncompressed backup vaults.
Seamless Scaling to VPS
When your website outgrows shared hosting limits due to rapid business growth, our senior engineers will seamlessly migrate your data to an isolated KVM NVMe Cloud VPS with zero downtime.
